Legit!

Loved it - one of the only ones I could find around to make a lightly caffeinated bubbly drink. I'm emulating one I found at a cafe but they stopped serving it, and this is dead on with 1/2 oz of the cascara syrup per 8oz of elderflower tonic, + a few shakes of peach bitters. Try it out!
