worth it for the peace-of-mind

I am glad we paid extra for the locking mechanism because even though we haven't had to use it yet, it's really nice to know that it's there should we ever need it.

Horrible

This experience was horrible. . waited over 17 weeks for my order that they did not fulfill. The text message line of comunication was nice, but it still took another week for them to send it? I got a small rebate only, but thats it?? It should have been free.
