The company accidentally recommended the same part twice and charge my card and won’t refund the suggested part. I sent videos after I purchased the first part, before I even received the first part and then they recommended based on my videos a second part. I never paid attention to the 2 parts suggested I purchased as I trusted them. Why would the parts department suggest I purchased the same exact part they were already shipping to me? They can see on my account what they had suggested. Now, once my repairman had the parts he said-you know you have duplicate parts? I never opened the packages so I did not realize. I’m waiting for the supervisor to get involved as they said it was my fault for ordering the same part. Very poor customer service. I have been in sales and customer service for over 30 years and I would never do this it treat someone like this.
