"Precious Cargo" Horseradish Cheddar

Horseradish Cheddar Leads the Pack!

Honestly, we ordered the Horseradish Cheddar on a whim. We love cheddar, and since exploring the many varieties has become a passion, who were we to neglect the now famous (in our house) HC. The flavor is not subtle, yet not overwhelming. It's great for a little "snack" as one passes the refrigerator, offering texture and a taste that lingers for savoring. Hence, FIVE stars.

Great cheese

Great! Added Horseradish Cheddar to a couple grilled lamb burgers…great taste!

The best cheese!
