A good gluten free lasagna noodle

Note that it does have rice flour so it has a bit of that texture, especially since it is also made with spinach. However, it baked very well in my go to recipe, added a good flavor, and I was quite pleased with it!

Disappointed

I did not care for the texture or taste. It was not what I was hoping for.
