Brown and yellowing leaves. I’m hoping I can bring this back to life but it’s subpar. This plant was not replaced, but I think it is doing OK and just needed a little bit of love.

Plant arrived in very good condition just minor dry spots on leaves which can be expected, I know once it gets adapted to its new home it’ll thrive. The plant was actually bigger than I expected which I love. Will definitely be ordering more.
