The lip balm felt nice and love the color perfect amount of tint not too sheer or too pigmented but the product was so difficult to get out like i had to squeeze the bottle so hard. Overal id say 3.5/5 stars because of how hard it was to get the lip balm to come out.

I like the item but this particular color seems very hard to come out of the tube. The product gets very hard and stiff. Not just for me but my daughter, who ordered the same color, and the same happens to her as well. The other two colors which are lighter, that I ordered does not tend to get too stiff and hard to come out of the tube like this one.
