The Nightmare Before Christmas Oogie Boogie 16" Interactive Plush with Bugs

I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I ordered 3 in-stock items on December 8th and at the time of this review, January 12th, I have still not received one of the items. (I finally received 2 of the 3 items last week.) These were Christmas presents that I'm now going to have to pay to ship them to who I bought them for on top of having to scramble to find other gifts for them when I realized these would not be here on time. I reached out to customer service SIX times over the last month and have yet to receive a non-generic "we'll check with the warehouse" response that was never followed up on. The products were fine, just hope they ship them to you. Never again.
