I have been converted by these prunes, and now call myself a pro pruner. I tell all my friends about them. Although I'm not an older person, I find that they are just so tasty they are good for every stage of life. The probiotics help my stomach a little bit, they're very easy to digest. They're the perfect consistency. As long as you put them in the refrigerator they stay fresh as the day you open them, I would recommend and buy again.
