Beautifully presented book. Simple, healthy and delicious recipes. Have tried the Caffeine Kick cakes and the Athletes Pie in first few days. Both amazing and great for cycling snacks. Will be trying out more of the recipes soon.

I watched Hannah in the documentary where she was the Head Chef feeding a cycling team in Tour de France. I was intrigued with how vegatables can be transformed into easy, nutritious food. I have made the caffeine kick cake a few times for Breakfast to go.
