Shallow Oven Pot

This is my first shallow pot. I love that I am able to make dishes that don’t require a large amount of liquid. The flavor is concentrated, absolutely delicious.

First, it’s so beautiful! I have the shallow 26 oven pot and I’m totally in love with it. It cooks beautifully, the seal between the lid and pot is precision perfect. My food turns out better because the flavors blend better and all around I’m just so happy with the oven pot. I’m going to get the trivet and mitts when I can!

A work of art

We got the shallow oven pot as part of the recent promotion that allowed for customized letters on the lid. It turned out perfect and it is seriously going to be a family heirloom. As far as cooking goes, I've made 3 beautiful braised meals with it. The braised dishes tasted intense as I did not add water or stock, just let the juices of the vegetable keep the dish moist thanks to the tight seal.
