konjac rice like orzo
This rice reminds me of orzo, the rice-shaped wheat pasta - same shape in the mouth. I like the clean taste and the shape, but I have to say the fettucine is still my favorite.

Pretty tasty and I love the fact they are low carb and low protein as my husband needs to watch his protein intake as well!
