Finally! A fragrance free shampoo that works! Leaves my hair shiny and manageable

Works well, but not buying again

The shampoo and conditioner was just fine. Reduced frizz some while having plenty of volume, but it took 28 days to receive my items. When I emailed to find out if they could contact the shipper where it sat for 3 weeks, I was told there was nothing they could do. Not true at all and I don't shop at places that aren't customer focused. Poor customer service will kill a company quicker than anything and I'm not paying premium prices for poor service on a product that won't be around long.

Unfortunately this shampoo was very stripping which was surprising. Did not like at all.
