Note—I watched the video and learned how to wear them—multiple times! When I used them at our CrossFit gym, an elite athlete approached me and told me to change it. To which the coaches all chimed in and said,” She watched the VIDEO—she’s correct!” I went on to tell him it actually is designed to protect this little bone—and showed him what I learned. As a beginner, this was a spectacular upgrade to my bar work. The rate of learning improves and my confidence goes through the roof until my back and arms just cannot take anymore. Awesome product for me—I bought the mediums. I cannot wait to get back at it Monday!

Size up!!

I haven’t used them yet, because even though I followed the size guide, they are way too short. I’m trying to exchange, but haven’t had any luck in that so far.

I like these. Good grip and comfortable. Will recommend to others in my gym.
