Poor

The handset was listed as fair condition but it had a large chip out of the side and a deep scratch in the screen. That's not fair condition its poor condition. I cause to Clove as ive used them in the past and thought I could trust them. Obviously not the case anymore. I'll avoid them and also warn friends and family.
