Forbidden Ink Eyeliner 4. Voyeur - Navy Blue

I actually love this blue one and Envy. My go to colours for a faint line of colour, bottom under eyelash line, an upward wing then a little smudging onto top lids. Glides reasonably easily and stays in place all day. And..no nasties in them. Yes a good product. Love to have other blues and teals again. I am 70 and they really do look great for me , followed by your Mascaras..

Great colour. It is really easy to apply and does not break like other eyeliners. Im a fan.
