Easy to use no complaints from start to finish. A nice touch would to have the test registration number on the box that you receive as well as on the enail( which they already do ) it would help when your doing the test first thing in the morning 🫶🏻

FBC BLLOD TEST

Initially, there was a problem with my first blood sample - which in retrospect was probably ‘user error’. However, WELZO followed up and supplied a replacement kit. Good service.

Brilliant Blood test service and fantastic customer care.

I've used Welzo for multiple blood tests now, and every time the service has been excellent. On my most recent test, there was an issue with the return delivery of my sample which meant the blood was delayed getting back to the lab. Unfortunately, because of the age of the sample when it arrived, the results were inconclusive. While this was frustrating, it was completely outside of Welzo's control. What really impressed me was how quickly Anna from Welzo reached out. She explained the situation clearly and immediately offered a free retest with no hassle whatsoever. The replacement test was completed quickly, and the results were processed in lightning speed. The customer service throughout was fantastic, and it's reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, Welzo stands behind its service and puts things right. Needless to say, I'm a very happy customer and will continue using Welzo for my blood testing in the future. Thank you, Welzo!
