From the hives in the city of Orange. A light to medium honey. Wonderful in summer salads, with fruit & nuts. Good with light to medium cheeses like mozzarella, parmesan, and goat cheese.

If I could only use one word to
describe this honey I would use the word AWESOME! It is so delicious , we use in coffee, tea, bagels, biscuits, pancakes, desserts , ice cream etc etc etc, heck we will just take a spoonful of it everyday. We have purchased 6 more jars from this vendor since finding them online, turns out they are right down the street from us.
