Perfect Asta Collagen Dietary Supplements – Refills (225g)

I've only taken for a week and so far, I haven't noticed any major changes yet. But I did notice that my joints, especially my left knee, doesn't hurt as much. I take this with my tea before going to bed and I also noticed that I have a good sleep.

Very quickly dissolves even in cold water, no lumps at all. No taste every easy to drink. I am really satisfied.
