Customer service is prompt and kind via email, for them 10/10. And. Received this request to review the products I purchased April 1st. I knew 1 item was on back order- no big deal. Except it’s almost June and I still haven’t received any of the products. I see all the ads that the back ordered item is in stock. Nice. It’s been 2 weeks since my order has allegedly shipped but tracking says it’s still waiting to be picked up. I’ve had to purchase more hair products while waiting for these, spending way more on hair care than I’d like given this economy. When these items ever show up, I won’t purchase again simply because of this extended period.

Makes my hair soft and shiny

Got a shampoo sample and didn�t expect anything� but wow. Soft, shiny hair with no heaviness at all. I went straight online and bought the full pre‑wash, shampoo, and conditioner set. Loving them! The only thing I wish were different is the packaging. A pump would make it so much easier to use.

Worth it

It's worth the splurge! I've always had an itchy scalp and this helps so much when I use it consistently (weekly, sometimes twice a week). I only apply it to my scalp and one tub lasts me many months. It feels soothing when you put it on and I love leaving it in all day until I'm ready to wash my hair.
