Initially my mask would not charge, turns out there was a breaker problem. Nothing to do with the mask itself.
I had sent a message to the company asking about trouble shooting. The response was automated promising a response in a few working days. Instead I receive no feedback or help, rather an email 4 days later asking to rate the employee Elaine for the help I received. I responded mentioning no help was received and received another email I would receive assistance the next business day. No help again and a second email 2 days later asking to rate Elaine again for the help I received.
I also tried calling but had no luck.
It seems that the company is not interested in assisting their customers.
Would not recommend spending money on a company that can’t provide assistance when needed.
Very unsatisfactory experience.

Not a fan
I had the old contour-flat and comfortable. It died. This new, fancy molded back kills the bridge of my nose! When I reached out to complain-the solution offered was "use a Kleenex " Seriously?! For $400 that was the best solution?
