Works as advertised but support could be better

Ordered this for my 2022 Porsche 911 Carrera S which has a lithium ion battery together with the 12V socket adapter for easier charging. Box did not contain user manual and there is no pdf file for download on website. Have had no response so far to messages left on contact form on website. Call to 800 support number does not reach a live person and have not had response to voice message. Went ahead and connected unit to car and it has succeeded in fully charging and maintaining battery through 12V socket in passenger footwell so so far works as promised. Can't comment yet on product durability.
