JMR told me to buy the wrong model and won’t refund me the correct amount

I chatted with JMR and they told me to buy lithium charger for another $20 a piece for my and my husband’s car. I don’t need lithium. I should have been refunded the difference between what I should have paid of $143.99 (subtotal) for a non-lithium charger, and $179.99 (subtotal) which is $36. There was a 20 percent discount applied for buying two, hence only $36 and not $40 should be refunded. They only refunded me $20 and haven’t responded to my inquiry regarding the other $16 I need refunded. Can you please help?

Works only with Alligator clamps directly on Battery???

If the 2025 UX300h is in running in "Auxiliary mode", the "Cigarette lighter plug & play adapter" will work but would basically defeat the purpose since the vehicle shutoff after 10 minutes. The only logical option is the "Alligator clamps connector" directly connected to the battery. Therefore a third connection option of hardwiring to the battery is needed since there is barely enough space to connect those "Alligator clamps connector"; I already have a battery monitor connected to the battery. But I just happy now I have another option to keep the battery charge!!!!

Works great, but on my 2024 Lexus NX350h had to use the alligator clips since even the trunk 12volt receptacle loses power with the engine off. Lexus issue, not the charger problem, just have to remove the rear cargo cover and battery cover to attach as engine battery is in the back of suv. Simple to use and safe.
