Beautiful hat

I love my new hat, I first ordered it too large, but Suits and More made it very easy to exchange for the proper size!! When I received my hat, in the right size, it fit perfectly, and it is a beautiful hat, very well made, no blemishes, no gaps and the color is flawless!! I would have given a 5 star score, but the packaging of my new hat wasn’t very good. My hat was just placed in a box, with a styrofoam ring around it, and maybe through shipping it tossed around in the box, the ring came off, and pressed the brim until there was a crooked crease in it. I am currently trying to steam out the crease, but am unsure of how to reshape the brim. But I still love my hat, and will repair it at all costs?? Thanks.
