CORRECTED

I recently wrote a review about a hat that was mailed to me in a box that was smashed and the hat badly injured. Excuse the levity.. . My complaint was heard and Suits & More corrected the error by giving me a discount. I was offered a refund and I decided that would not be necessary.I ironed the hat into shape and it help take the bends out. It is not perfect but I am happy because the problem was corrected to my liking. I thank Suits & More for listening to me and I am still a happy customer because of their swift action.
