Love this but the customer service needs work

After two emails over the span of a week +, I've received no response. While I do love the items i purchased, sadly I would not shop with you again due to the complete lack of customer service.

Amazing quality and design. I am usually an XS but this was a little tiny for my my taste. Recommend buying 1 size larger
