Great size when you need something closer to your average clutch. Trying to fit my inhaler in the small pouch with my cards is tough, and I worry I'll wear out the zipper. With the large pouch I can just put the small pouch with keys and my inhaler inside and then I typically attach my car fob to the main ring outside.
