BEACN Mic - USB C Broadcast Dynamic Mic for Content Creators

I love the mic. Overall, it is by far the best and sturdiest and best sounding mic that I've ever had. I love the software they give you. I love the customization for the RGB ring, which is a lot more than any other mic has ever offered. I love that it has so many options that you can change and I love the fact that there is so much stuff that you can buy to go with it. However, there is a giant downside of there not being a real way to mute the mic. Which is very very very upsetting for the price tag. I have to download a third-party software to be able to mute the mic properly, which in my opinion should not be the case. There should have either been a button on the mic itself or there should have been a feature in the software that said, simply put-mute mic and as soon as you press that button it would mute the mic and make whatever setting you had for "when muted" activate. It almost feels as if this is a way to push you into buying The other stuff to go with the mic. I did try the hotkeys but they weren't working I spent 40 minutes to around an hour trying to mute this microphone which should not have been the case. But that is why I can only give it four out of five stars. I will however, say that this is the best mic I've used and I intend to use the mic for years to come. I love the mic monitoring. I love the way it sounds. I love the software. I love that you can have different profiles so you can have one for recording gaming and a whole bunch of other things. But yeah, overall four out of five stars. Great microphone but should have had an easy and accessible way to mute

This mic was a replacement for the other mic I've used for four years and it's the best I've ever used by far. My favorite is the easy to understand software and the RGB customization.
