2018-2021 Subaru WRX : Front Bumper Painted

Great fitment but terrible paint

The item was perfect fitment but within no time my paint started to chip away. Now the paint peel is even worse. I’m afraid to wash the bumper at all due to the paint just peeling off. I have to take it somewhere local to have it stripped and repainted. A couple body shops I spoke with said it looked like it wasn’t prepped for the paint to adhere correctly.
