Loren 32" Outdoor Alloy Steel Fire Pit Table for Patio

Shipper issue but great product and company!

I recently ordered a 32 inch Loren fire pit from Kinger. Sadly, my neighbors security camera showed the shipping company dropping and rolling the box up my driveway. This caused some moderate damage to the outside body of the unit. I’m pleased to say that Kinger very kindly and promptly helped work out a solution for me. I am thrilled with the look and quality of the product. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this brand. Thank you.

Fire pit looks great seems to work well after just testing it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the cover. Might as well just use a trash bag.

EXCELLENT QUALITY OUTSTANDING CUST SERVICE

Ordered online for our RV Lot. Realised we would not be there to rec. Emailed CS with situation and requested we PU at warehouse. Recd email back immediately verifying change from Ashton. Then we had another change in PU date and again Ashton said no problem. Supplied directions and phone number to help facilitate PU. PU went super smooth. Packaging was amazing. Product quality amazing! It’s a little high….but we wanted a table with the tank inside not outside. Easy hookups and starts in an instant!! Flame output excellent. Can’t say enough great things about the Company, the product and the customer service. I was a general manager of a big box Dept Store with 200 associates. I know “outstanding CS”!❤️
