The pink suede arrangement of red roses is beautiful and befitting for our special occasion. However there was some confusion when we initially received someone else’s flowers by mistake. This became a stressful experience particularly after the specific instructions given and what we paid for the pink suede flower arrangement. Whilst this was rectified with the correct flowers being delivered within an hour, the situation did spoil the magic and anticipation of the moment when the flowers were first delivered, particularly when the greeting message was opened, only to find it was for someone else from someone else!
