I am beyond impressed with the quality of the ring, and I didn't realize I was purchasing a ring that was being crafted and wasn't part of a large stock. I'm used to quick shipping, so I contacted Laine Honolulu when I thought it had been a while since I put the order in. They responded to me the same day, explaining they had to craft the ring first and that's why I didn't get any shipping updates. I had no idea that I was ordering something special. Absolutely love it and highly recommend to my fellow gold girlies
