Comfortable for wide feet - closure is odd

These shoes are great on my wide feet, comfortable, and attractive. However, I do have two criticisms. 1) The ankle strap is a little low on the heel. At first I was worried it would pop loose. It doesn't - but it doesn't provide ankle support, either, and it can feel odd when you first wear them. 2) My pair arrived missing a flower petal. I'm not going to send a pair of shoes to the landfill for a minor flaw, but it seems like this could have been caught in manufacturing. I ended up removing the same part on the other shoe so they matched.

Horrible customer service shoes were not worth the money

Horrible customer service! I sent the shoes back to exchange them for a different size shoes were not worth the money, I got an email stating The could not exchange or refund because they had been worn which was not true I tried them on they were to small the bottoms are so white anything makes them look dirty. I didnt even have them on for 10 min. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

Second Season Purchasing

I bought these in 2023 and loved them. Pretty, yet practical, especially for walking. Decided to purchase again in 2024 and relegate 2023 pair to gardening days. A week or so after receiving new pair, the stitches came undone on the 2023 pair and the Velcro strap lost its stick - soooo glad I ordered the 2024 pair. The 2024 order was not smooth, first I was sent two odd sandals, then I had to buy a new pair because a replacement pair could not be sent until the defective pair had been received back 🤦‍♀️, they gave me a 5% discount, but having sandals on my feet was more important - customer service not customer service. All the negatives aside, they are super comfortable and I can guarantee a compliment wherever I go, they make people smile 😊
