Best I've found!
40 year old woman here, using a scoop a day along with moderate weight training to reduce muscle loss from aging. I use one scoop per day. I had some issues with other protein powders I tried (some had awful sweeteners, some caused acne!) I tried Progressive on a whim and I'm hooked. I started with the regular (not isolate) and it has a pleasant creamy texture in fruit smoothies. This one (the isolate) is almost unnoticeable. Very light, virtually flavourless. I haven't noticed any acne since starting using the Progressive brand. Obviously that's just my experience, but I really did have some intense breakouts with several other brands. To note: I blend with a Vitamix, so I don't know how it handles with hand mixing or low powder blenders.
