Great Hoodie

Great hoodie. Really high quality. Runs a tiny bit small, but luckily I ordered up a size. Love it!

AWESOME PRODUCT. Poor service.

The Hoodie is PERFECT. Exactly what I was hoping it would be. It was a gift for a hard-to-gift person in my life and they absolutely loved it. A perfect piece of Brooklyn right in there Midwestern home. While I loved the product, the mission and overall customer service- I was very disappointed with the delay in shipping. I ordered this hoodie with plenty of time, based on the expected delivery date listed at purchase, to receive it and then ship it across the country. I did not receive the product for almost a full month. While I did receive emails from the organization with apology updates, it did not provide much solace. The hard-to-gift person ended up receiving their gift from me much after the holiday. This made me feel incredibly sad.
