I ordered this as a surprise for my wife, but it didn't fit. She loved the look of it and considered just keeping it, but I reached out and asked if I could exchange it for a different size. They were more than amenable and willing to exchange it for a better fitting size. Within a week of returning it, it was processed and a new ring was on its way to my wife. Very easy, seamless, and she loves the new fit. I am very pleased with them and would purchase from again.
