Pinch Grip Block

Great texture and rock-solid build for pinch training

This pinch grip block is extremely well-made. The material has a really nice grippy texture to it – your fingers lock in securely without slipping, even when your hands start sweating. The build quality is clean and durable, as you'd expect from GoldenGrip. Paired with a loading pin, it's an awesome tool for building real-world hand strength. The 3cm width is perfect for a challenging but doable pinch grip – not too thick, not too thin.

The 60 mm pinch block is a very good training tool. It's grippy just enough to be extremely challenging without being slippy. Much advised.
