EMBER: NON-STIM

Didn’t know….

I didn’t know what to expect when I first started taking Ember Thermo since other brands have really messed with my stomach or kept me dizzy. So far, I’ve noticed an increase in sweat & im excited that it doesn’t contain any caffeine. That’s what won me over. I Powerlift so when I don’t have volume or cardio during my workouts, I never used to sweat, until now!

So Far So Good!

Good boost of energy throughout the day and as someone that doesn’t sweat easily it’s noticeable when a supplement is making that difference. I’ve been taking 2 servings a day (4 pills) & Ember PM before bed at night, so far I’ve lost about 4 lbs with consistent diet & working out of course.

Fantastic & Versatile

It does it’s job perfectly and can be used in a variety of instances. I have enjoyed it most for cardio sessions yet also during lifting sessions for an extra sweat!
