Had recent back problems caused by age and a soft bed in my part-time Washington DC area apartment. Got two mats and put on top of mattress. Problem solved.

Quality Mat

Took about a week and was very happy with the quality, you never know what you’re gonna get these days and this was very nice. I use it daily for exercise.
