This oil helps settle my brain after a busy and stressful day. It’s also amazing for heartburn! Just 1 drop in a small amount of carrier oil (1/4-1/2 tsp) massaged over the area of discomfort fixes my digestive discomfort within minutes!

My evening go-to

Tulsi is one of my favorites for an evening blend. I throw a little in a nebulizer with German Chamomile, Hops, Melissa, and Bulgarian Lavender. After an hour, I notice that my brain and nervous system are settling down. The big bonus: you can't beat the price and the quality. So good!
