Manages to be both eye-catching and subtle

It's well-made and beautiful. I wore it to a play and then to a party in a speakeasy right after, and it fit into both scenarios. The skirt has a beautiful glimmer that manages to be eye-catching and subtle at the same time. It says one size fits all. I'm a size 14 and just barely felt comfortable in it, so I wouldn't suggest it for anyone larger than that, which is why I removed a star. It's beautiful.
