My experience

This has been the worst experience dealing with their customer service. My dog started having adverse effects to the food and had paused the account until we figured out what was going on. We ended up having to switch foods and instead of receiving an email that my food was preparing to ship like in the past, I was told it had already shipped without being notified. This was a mistake on the companies part and when I tried to ask their customer service to cancel the order there was no accountability or even offer to refund the food since my dog no longer could eat it without becoming sick. I’ve never dealt with a dog food company so disappointing when being a loyal customer for over a year. I also had tried to cancel several times on the website and each time it said there was an error and to try later resulting in me just pausing the account so that it wouldn’t ship. This is the whole reason I was shipped food I did not want nor would be able to use because their website made it impossible to cancel my account. If I could give zero stars I would.
