[Quick Release] Milanese - Green

Interesting mesh - not what I expected, but then exceeding expectations!

I am not really into mesh bracelets, but had purchased one before for another watch, which fit really well. When I saw Strapify's email about a new brand addition for their mesh bracelets (can't recall the name now), I thought I'd check out Strapify's mesh bracelet offering, which is how I came across the quick release mesh bracelets. MY first mesh bracelet had a clasp lock, so I kinda expected the same but was surprised when I received the bracelet that it was a magnetic end which locked the strap into place. Nonetheless, I have grown to like it as the magnetic lock is strong and keeps my watch on the wrist when worn. Only thing is to be mindful not to leave the magentic bit too close to the watch itself when wearing it. Other than that, I have been enjoying it quite well. This review is for the green mesh, but I had also purchased the red and black one as well. The only thing I would have done in hindsight is to purchase the larger strap for my wrist although I can fit both the small/medium and large sizes. Reason for going for the large size is that it is long enough to slide my hand in and out without having to have the strap fully removed through the slot, which I had to with the red one. This resulted in some scratching on the magnetic latch piece hence some of the red paint has come off. But both the green and black ones have held up well as I have not had to remove them through the lug loop to wear the watch. I did read another comment about the paint/coating coming off after a few weeks, so I probably need a bit more constant use to see if this is the case with all 3 bracelets or just my red one. Hopefully, it does not happen. Despite that, have enjoyed the mesh bracelets. Gives a different look to the watch. And it is very comfortable.
