When will this company go out of business?

I have been watching the site for about 8 months waiting for a replacement 59 inch Challenger fuse and cowling. Nothing! Have even spoken with representative offering to pay now in order to reserve one when it becomes available. Person was indifferent to my need and completely unwilling to be cooperative. So much out of stock!
