The first necklace that arrived had a broken link in the chain,I messaged Hearts Valley along with a photo of the broken link requesting that I return the necklace for replacement,they immediately came back to me to say they were sending a replacement immediately free of charge,this arrived today in perfect condition,I would recommend this company as I belief my experience with them was above and beyond normal customer relationships.
