The AKC DNA health testing process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Sample collection was simple, the return process was hassle free, and the turnaround time was even faster than expected. The results were detailed, easy to understand, and gave valuable insight into my dog’s health. Highly recommend for peace of mind and helpful breed-specific information.

Product was great. Delivery Service was not.
Instructions were clear and we were given two twst swabs to use on our dog's health screening. We had to pay extra for postage which I felt should have been included given the price we paid for the whole kit but, ok. The shipping service AND AKC website are both responsible for delivering communication and status updates and neither provided it. Went through shop. com with broken links, 404 errors, no updates, and no way to speak to a human. The package miraculously showed up on our doorstep about a month after purchasing it.

My dog didn’t want to cooperate, but I think I got a good sample. The information on how to do everything was easy to follow. Looking forward to the results
