I was most impressed with the time taken for the bag to be delivered. I received it 2 or 3 days after I made the order. Was not expecting it so fast especially since I ordered it around Christmas time. Keep this up! Item was in good condition and is being put through it’s paces by my P1 daughter now. My older son has gone through 2 of the same bag in his 3 years of primary school. The first Awesome Buddy was a gift. It was torn in a few places by the end of his P1 year, but because we appreciated the design of the bag and capacity, we bought another one. So far it has made it through P2 and going strong through 2018. Only gripe is that I did not receive the water bottle holder with the second bag I purchased (green colour awesome buddy). Did not realise that it comes with the bag. For this purchase I did receive the water bottle holder. Is it possible to get the green water bottle holder sent to us that we previously did not receive?
