Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen (2010-2024) Aluminum Connector Skid Plate

The bumper is awesome, but I have quibbles.

Installation wasn’t particularly hard, I found it fairly easy. The instruction video should be on a stock 4Runner, period. That’s one small quibble. The winch tray is tight. I have a 10k winch (an older x20) and I had to mess with the orientation of the clutch and move some stuff to make it fit. The turns in the power steering line remain mighty exposed and it makes me a little nervous, but it seems fine for daily driving. I ended up buying a relo kit to move them along a safer route. Finally, my Morimoto 4 bangers need different hardware to fit in the foglight slots. Some of the welds on the bullbar are a little ugly. That’s it, all my quibbles. The bumper is neat looking, light, strong, and will do the job for years to come. I would absolutely buy it again, and I look forward to running over stuff with it on the trail.
