Fits fine

This insert fits fine. Now I can use my Photogenic SoftBox on my Alien Bees mono lights. Alien bees Softboxes are very expensive !

6" SpeedRing Insert...

Needed to switch from a Prophoto mount to a Bowens mount for my Aputure Lights. This ring worked perfect and it's built solid unlike some other's I have seen in the past which are thinner and bend easily. Highly recommend this product and this company, excellent customer service!
