Never seen a blood trail on a bear like this
I drew a sweet moose archery tag in the Brooks so decide splurge on some new heads. Did a lot of research and swiped the card for 6 100 Grain S Series. Whenever I spend a lot of money on some Gucci gear, I always have the "I hope I didn't fall for some gimmick" feeling. I got to test it out on a black bear this spring. The arrow passed through the shoulder blade, lungs, and out of the opposite armpit. It then sunk it self into a cottonwood tree. The bear went about 50 yards with a blood trail Helen Keller could have followed. Obviously, the broadhead is toast, so I reached out to IW, and within 10 minutes, I had confirmation of a new one being sent. If anyone is on the fence about these, hop off and get you some.

Looks promising
Bought a 3 pack at T.AC. this year. Looking foward to fall and bring these heads out on a whitetail.

Great accurate broadhead
I harvested this buck at 90 yards last year. I shoot a ton at long distance and don’t recommend just anyone take that long of a shot. I also shoot at a highly competitive level both indoor and outdoor. These are amazingly accurate broad heads. And yes I practice at those distances with them. I would not take such a shot unless I was confident in my arrow hitting its mark that far out. My arrow passed through and bedded itself in the base of the antler to a point I could not get it out. Having it mounted like that. Colorado mule deer, Hoyt high line, 31.5” draw at 70 lbs gt airstrike and iron will 100 gr solids.
